Ltd., China (related party of Xiaomi India) were not being included the exchange worth of the merchandise imported by Xiaomi India and its agreement makers,” it said.

“By not adding “eminence and permit expense” into the exchange esteem, Xiaomi India was avoiding customs obligation being the valuable proprietor of such imported cell phones, the parts and parts thereof,” the assertion said.

Three show cause sees have been given to Xiaomi for the assessment interest and recuperation of 6.53 billion rupees for the period April 2017 to June 2020, it added.
